Policies
- All food and beverages served at functions associated with the Event must be provided, prepared, and served by Hotel, and must be consumed on Hotel premises.
- Events that are programmed to have music in public/outdoor areas should stop at 10:00 p.m. so the guests who are around these areas, may rest. Nevertheless, the event may continue without music.
- The payment/deposit is non refundable, and will be applied to payment of the Master Account.
- Any additional expenses not included in the contract should be guaranteed by a credit card.
- We do not offer wedding packages; the minimum agreed is based on food & beverage according to each area.
- The availability of space will be guaranteed by a signed contract and first deposit.
