Wedding Policies

No matter the size or theme of your wedding in Costa Rica, we’re dedicated to making your special day a once-in-a-lifetime event. Read our wedding policies below, and contact us to start planning your celebration!

  • All food and beverages served at functions associated with the event must be provided, prepared, and served by the hotel, and all food and beverage must be consumed on hotel premises.
  • Events that are programmed to have music in public/outdoor areas should shut off music by 10p.m. so that other guests may rest. The event may continue without music.
  • The payment/deposit is non- refundable , and will be applied to payment of the master account.
  • Any additional expenses not included in the contract should be paid for with a credit card.
  • Your venue reservation will be confirmed with a signed contract and a preliminary deposit.
